I haven’t really written much about my relationship so here is a little bit. Di and I have been dating for about 2 months now, and things couldn’t be better. We are both really busy and value the slivers of time we spend together, even if it is in the middle of the night. Previously unticklish, I have found ways to remedy her ailment. We have stubborn debates, both trivial and non-trivial, and can agree to disagree. We keep eachother focused on school. Best of all, she makes me happy.

Now there are 14 non-organic holes in my body: 4 Orbitals (2 holes each), 2 Plugs, 1 lower ear, 1 tongue, 1 labret, 1 eyebrow and a partridge in a pear tree. I have been stretching my ears for about 6 weeks now and am up to a size 2 (bigger is decreasing), however I’m only going up one more size as 0 gauge is supposedly the biggest the hole can get while still being able to go back to normal if removed. Guess you could say I am in the homestretch…

It has been 6 weeks since my final cigarette and thinking back, I can’t remember my last craving. Woo-Hoo! Thanks to Zaide for the really cool pic above of a smoking room. Oh yeah… I added two new tabs to the sidebar: Calendar (an up-to-date calendar of mine in beta version) and Work, a page required for my job.

My name is Matt Coneybeare, I design and develop for the web, iOS (iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch), and MacOS out of New York City. In 2008 I started a software company called Urban Apps that has made some pretty popular apps such as Ambiance and Hourly News. In 2019, I joined the team at Ticket Evolution as a Senior Software Engineer. My current Stack Overflow reputation is about 27k.

I was a Rockstar a decade ago, but then went back to school and collected a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from U.C. Berkeley and a MBA from Quantic. Now I am settled down with my beautiful wife Di and our dog Hamachi. When not at my desk, I love exploring New York City as a Yelp Elite, or training for marathons.
