Maynard in the 80’s

Maynard James Keenan, lead singer of Tool, in one his less-than-glorious moments. I never thought I'd see Maynard in tights and make-up outside of the Aenima tour. Gotta love the bass solo in this clip. If anyone knows the name of this early band, please let me know.
